Freeride touring in Arslanbob and Suusamyr valley - 10 day
Combine skiing in unique walnut forests of Arslanbob and coldsmoke valley of Suusamyr on this 10 day freeride touring adventure. In Arslanbob we stay in relatively large village that spread over the hills in shade of wallnut forests. Snowmasses arriving from Ferghana bring very dry snow like none other in Kyrgyzstan. Lately we climb higher along M41 Pamir Highway to Suusamyr valley there we have few days to explore lines of this high and cold valley out of local ski resort challets.
Itinerary
1 Day. Arrive Bishkek to connect with first available flight to Osh - the south capital of Kyrgyzstan. Continue to Arslanbob. BnB accommodation.
2 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
3 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
4 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
5 Day. Ski out in the morning. Drive to Suusamyr nearly 400km. Ski resort accommodation.
6 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
7 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
8 Day. Full day backcoutnry ski touring in the area.
9 Day. Ski out in the morning. Drive to Bishkek. Accommodation in hotel. PM is freetime for sightseeing or souvenier shopping.
10 Day. Transfer to airport for your up coming onward journey. End of services.
